Founder – Phoolchand
Phoolchand's story begins in Osian, an ancient town in Rajasthan, from where he arrived in Bangalore with his elder brother as a young boy. Starting as a carpenter, he immersed himself in hands-on work, learning the nuances of wood, material behavior, and site dynamics. Over time, he built a team of skilled craftsmen and expanded into full-fledged contracting services. Since 2016, he has collaborated with architects—refining his craft, understanding design intent, and delivering with precision. His work has been recognized in several prominent architectural publications, with features in international media. Today, he has delivered over 100 successful residential and commercial projects in and around Bangalore, earning the trust of architects and clients alike.
